Perspective is the strength of seeing how the pieces of a situation fit, in a way that helps somebody else see their own more clearly.
The mark of it is that people come and ask. Not for information, which anybody can look up, but for help working out what is really going on, which is a different request and a much rarer thing to be good at.
What gets offered is usually a reframing rather than an answer. Somebody who leads here says the sentence that makes a tangled situation resolve into two or three real questions, and the person who came for advice leaves able to decide for themselves.

Seeing the shape of everybody else's situation is no help with one's own. Somebody who leads here is often visibly clear-eyed about a friend's decision and stuck for two years on one of their own, which is the standard and slightly cruel version of this.
It gets read as intelligence or as age. Neither is required. Plenty of very clever people cannot do this at all, because it depends on holding somebody else's situation in its own terms rather than sorting it into one's own.
Both are careful ways of thinking. Judgment weighs whether a thing is true; Perspective sees how the parts relate and can hand that back to somebody else.
Both are used on other people's situations. Social Intelligence reads what somebody is feeling; Perspective works out what their situation actually is.
Everybody has all 24 of these. A result puts them in order within one person, so a strength near the bottom of somebody's list is one they reach for less often rather than one they are missing.
That also means nothing here compares one person with another. There is no reference sample behind these scales, and an order made of somebody's own answers cannot say where they stand next to anybody.
