Thinking things through from more than one angle, and being willing to change your mind when the reasoning calls for it.
Judgment is the strength of looking at a question from more than one side before deciding. The unusual half is being willing to end up somewhere new.
The habit is holding a conclusion loosely while the evidence is still arriving. Somebody who leads here will argue a position they do not hold in order to find out whether it stands up, and will do that to their own position first.
It shows up as slowness that turns out to be speed. The decision takes longer and gets revisited less, because the objection that would have surfaced in three weeks was raised on day one by the person making it.

Not every question deserves the full treatment. Somebody who leads here can spend a fortnight on a decision worth an afternoon, and can leave people waiting while a matter that was already clear gets examined from a fourth angle.
It gets read as being critical, or as never committing. The tell is what the thinking is for: this strength is trying to get the answer right rather than trying to win, and once it lands it usually lands firmly.
Both are ways of seeing a situation clearly. Judgment weighs whether something is true; Perspective sees how the parts fit and can explain it back to somebody else.
Both slow an action down. Judgment is careful about the reasoning; Prudence is careful about the consequences.
Everybody has all 24 of these. A result puts them in order within one person, so a strength near the bottom of somebody's list is one they reach for less often rather than one they are missing.
That also means nothing here compares one person with another. There is no reference sample behind these scales, and an order made of somebody's own answers cannot say where they stand next to anybody.
